Greenwood Article Published in Ohio Township News

Tim Greenwood authored "Nuisance Abatements Rights Extended to Townships" which appears in the March/April 2010 issue of Ohio Township News. Tim's article's discusses key changes to the Ohio township law which were part of the Biennium Budget Bill passed last summer. The new law will "afford townships another tool to address the recurring and often frustrating problem of abating dillapdated buildings that become a public nuisance." In addition to being Managing Partner of our firm, Tim is the Sylvania Township Law Director and a former state legislator.
